Hello.
My name is Shamar and I am a new mother to a darling little girl, a fashion lover and lifestyle enthusiast. My love for fashion and styling has played a major part in my life and throughout the years, I have been focused on building a wardrobe and style philosophy which commits to sustainable fashion styling, authentic dressing and redefining timelessness by promoting intentional dressing.
As a new mum, I am also trying my best to redefine my lifestyle and help new mums where I can with advice on the things that I could have done with advice on along the way. This is truly important to me because being a mum is the most important thing that I am but isn’t the only thing that I am. I am a self proclaimed renaissance women and have many skills under my belt as well as being truly entrepreneurial at heart. Becoming a mother has allowed me the space to really redefine areas of my life that take up the most time and space and really evaluate how and where I can show up more authentically.
I started this blog because I have always had a love for writing and expressing myself with words. It is one of my many passions and I choose to share this in a way that makes you feel like we are having a conversation where you have asked for my opinion and then, here it is kinda thing.
I want to use this space to help empower others to be more intentional in motherhood, fashion styling and within their own lifestyle whatever that looks like. It is a personal goal of mine to have a wardrobe full of season-less items that hold longevity and spark positive feelings, a lifestyle that gives me space to show up authentically and unapologetically and in motherhood, be the most vulnerable, inspiring and genuine parent I can be.

Most of my photos have been taken using my iPhone, with no filters or heavy editing. I want to give an honest, authentic perspective on all of my content to the best of my ability so will be using raw images which have only had minimal adjustments made at most. Any product images are from the retailers website and any other images of models, etc are from Pinterest.
