The January round up – Blog posts, Content, Photoshoots & Life!

January is usually a very quiet month for me but this year, it has been quite the opposite. I’ve spent the month planning, creating, setting and achieving goals which has in turn made me the busiest I’ve been in a while. I am so excited for the rest of this year even more so now, simply because of all the good things that have happened this month.

I wanted to do a quick round up of everything that has gone on with my blog posts, content that I have been sharing across socials, and my social life. Without further ado, let’s get straight into it starting with my blog posts.

The first blog posts of 2024

As you may have read already, especially if you receive my posts straight to your inbox (please don’t forget to sign up to my newsletter!), my core focus this month on my blog has been all about my 2024 goals within motherhood, fashion and lifestyle.

When it comes to motherhood, being more intentional with my days is one of my biggest goals. As the month comes to an end, I already feel that I have been making this happen which feels good to say the least.

I still feel like I am in my discovery stage with my style but, that does not mean that I am starting at zero with it. I have my base, I know what I like, I know what my style ethos are and I know what currently inspires me. This year is about staying true to that and hope that you enjoy watching the journey that I am on as much as I enjoy living it.

My lifestyle needs a reshape at the moment, but just being able to admit that is the first step in the right direction! 2024 is mainly about getting back to me in some ways but also nurturing the new me in every way! Selfcare is the priority and you can read all about that here.

Photoshoots, content and more!

had a personal goal to book myself a photoshoot this year but I really didn’t think that it would of happened this month! It feels pretty surreal to be already collaborating with such talented and inspiring people who understand my vision and want to help me elevate what I am doing here. I can’t wait to talk more about the first photoshoot that I had and also talk about a spontaneous one that I had a few days ago.

I’ve been working really hard on just creating content that I enjoy making over on TikTok and also on Instagram. I’m not sure where exactly I am going with it all at the moment or what exactly the goal is but, I just know that it has been pretty fun and I’m hoping to connect with more likeminded people on these platforms while doing so.

The spontaneous photoshoot that happened a couple of days ago took place at Many Rooms Studios, in Battersea London. I was invited to go the open day of this beautiful, Pinterest worthy, content studio by my friend who is the founder of Jasmine Brand Studio. We spent the day being inspired by the curated, versatile space and that is where when we had met Yulia, an amazingly talented London based photographer. I will share more pictures from my spontaneous photoshoot across my socials so be sure to follow me on Pinterest, TikTok and Instagram.

Social life

Life before baby used to mean that January was the month where I’d shut myself away so that I could recover socially, mentally, spiritually and most importantly financially for the whole month. I’m not sure exactly what it is but this month has been quite a social one for me. I started January’s social activities off with a coffee date which turned to a boozy lunch date with a few friends. Every week since then, has been packed full of catch ups and baby play dates and honestly, I wouldn’t of had it any other way.
